MasterMind 2000
The Ultimate In Mastermind Simulations
Written Entirely By Thomas R Williams
Using Amos Pro, and Dpaint 4.
Hello this is just a short introduction to the game Mastermind
2000 written entirely in Amos.
I won't go into any heavy details here as the full instructions
are provided when the game is loaded.
Basically I wrote it because I liked the game Mastermind but found
no one I knew were really that bothered with the game.
Thinking that there must be others out there in the same situation
I decided to write Mastermind 2000 , the Amiga Computer Version
of the board game (And The Best Version I've Ever Seen). By the
way I wrote this program in just two weeks.
The object of the game is to break the hidden code hidden
behind the shield. You have basically ten chances to crack the code,
and each time you fail the computer gives you a vital clue.
The clue is in the form of black and white pegs.
When the computer places a black peg it means that you have the
correct colour in the right place.
If the computer gives you a white peg it means that you have the
correct colour but in the wrong place.
This can sometimes cause confusion if the computer decides to
put all of the one colour behind his shield as you might think that
you have more correct colours than you think.
Do not worry the computer is not programmed to cheat!
If any body out there has any ideas for improvements PLEASE PLEASE
send me the details of your ideas on the double....

Anyway Enough of this waffle just load the game and
ENJOY..............
